Privacy policy

We store your account details, conversations, uploaded files and usage records to provide this service. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Your conversations are private to your account. Platform administrators manage access and may review operational records. Prompts and attachments are processed by the AI services configured by the operator. Ask the operator which providers and hosting regions are active before sending sensitive information.

You can delete conversations and files in your workspace or request account deletion from Settings. Deletion removes active copies; connected workers must acknowledge cleanup. Existing host backups expire under the operator’s backup policy. Deletion records must be reapplied before any backup is restored.
